We repair older style Remtron concrete pumping remote controls. With the advent of the Pump Boss, Remtron no longer manufactures the 72 and 49 Megahertz RCT-4 pump controls. We repair these series of remote controls using original parts and factory service information.

Because we repair only this series of concrete pumping remotes, we can generally provide much faster turn around than the factory can.  Our turn around is generally within 1-2 days of receipt,  providing parts are on hand.  We strive to keep a stock of the most commonly used items, but less frequently used items such as cases, etc must be ordered from the factory where they are manufactured to match your original unit.

Be sure to inquire about the antenna mount upgrade for the remote control transmitter. This upgrade eliminates breakage of wire to the antenna and should make most remote cases last longer since opening of the case to repair this breakage is one of the main causes of breakage of the posts holding the case together. Installation of this upgrade mounts this bulkhead connector to the case with 4 nuts and bolts. This requires drilling of the case.

Since most repairs of these units involve replacing switches which get contaminated inside with concrete dust, grit and water, we will install rubber boots over the switch(es) on repaired units unless you specify otherwise.
