We
have 25 years experience repairing video and pinball games by
Williams, Bally, Gottlieb and others. We have extensive files on many
machines that speed our repairs when common failures occur. This depth
of experience also gives us the ability to more accurately estimate the
work that needs to be done. We also have contacts with suppliers of
good used game control boards so we can execute the repair in the most
cost effective way possible.
Although
we are sensitive to cost, short-term cost should not be the only factor
in completing a repair. Sometimes it is possible to replace known
failure components before they fail, thus saving you not only time and
trouble in transporting the game, but ultimately in repair cost down
the road a year or two.
Please
note that we no longer repair electromechanical pinballs because they
are not hard to fix they are very time consuming. However, we will
gladly point you toward manuals and information so that a person who is
handy with tools and has the time can fix them themselves. Similarly we
no longer provide in home service of home use pinballs and videos.
However, we will gladly fix your game here at our shop.
